Google Play Balance not showing

  1. Firstly, We request you to double-check that the email ID used for payment is the same as the one that has the balance.

  2. If that's correct; There are a few things to keep in mind:
    • Country Restrictions: Available payment methods vary by country.
    • Device Restrictions: Mobile phone billing is only available using the Google Play Store app. It isn't available on the Google Play website on a computer or mobile browser.

  3. If you're still having trouble, We recommend checking your payment settings in the Play Store and fixing any issues there.

  4. Trying to make the payment from another device might also work in most cases.
