If you are not able to login to your account & this is the device you created the account ( for ANDROID users only )

Make sure this is the device in which the Hitwicket account was first made.


Follow the following steps:


  1. Please uninstall and reinstall the game OR Clear the Game Storage from phone settings.

  2. Click on the LOGIN button in the Top Left Corner of the game. ( DO NOT click on the PLAY button )

  3. Click on the 'Recover Account' button next to Contact Us. All the accounts created on that device will be shown. Choose your account and proceed by logging in.

If this does not work, click on the 'Contact Us' button from the Login page of the game & Create a Support Ticket.

An Automated reply will be sent on the Ticket > Reply with your account details on that mail > We will recover your account.
