What is a Crash? - When the game suddenly closes back to the home screen.

Game Crashes happen mainly due to Two reasons:
1. Low RAM:
In most cases, the crash happens when the RAM runs out of memory. Devices with 3GB RAM frequently face this issue. If you have access to another device with higher RAM, I’d recommend trying to play there to see if the experience improves.
You can also try the following steps to help optimize performance:
- Close any background apps before launching the game.
- Restart your device before playing to free up memory.
- Ensure your device software and the game are updated to the latest version.
2. Non-fatal errors in code:
These are issues from our end when some null reference or infinite loop overburdens the memory. These are easy to identify as they happen at specific points in the game everytime in a predictable pattern.
If you are experiencing such cases repeatedly, head to our Discord Community Server. Reach out in the 'Help & Support’ channel mentioning the following things:
- Your User ID. ( How to find User ID )
- Which match mode the Crash happened.
- Approximate date and time of Crash.
- Your Device details such as Model name, Processor details & Ram storage capacity.
