We have removed support for all the devices with less than 3GB of RAM because the game crashed too much in those devices. The game will require a device with 3GB or higher RAM storage.
In addition to the above, certain Redmi / VIVO / Realme devices are also excluded due to software issues.
I understand it isn't very pleasant for enthusiastic Hitwickers like you, but delivering a World-Class gaming experience is our Top priority. A frequently crashing game will damage the user experience of the game.
We had to take this decision with a heavy heart.
