Disconnected from Game / Showing Reconnecting error / Game lost due to slow internet

We have been actively working on the issue of matches being disconnected, and we are pleased to inform you that if a match disconnects, no attempts / Reputation Points will be deducted. ( Limited to 1 Disconnection per day )


However, if this is regularly happening with you, this generally happens due to unstable internet. Internet speed might be high, but not stable. The ISP DNS service could be not good with our servers that’s resulting in these issues so frequently.


Please install WARP 1.1.1.1 from Play Store / App Store and turn it on and then try to play a PvP / Daily Co-Op Quest game.
